Do I need an appointment to get something custom framed?

We don’t take appointments. There is always a designer in the shop to help you during regular business hours.

What besides 2 dimensional art can be framed?

We have decades of experience framing 3 dimensional art pieces, jerseys, textiles, golf flags, tiles, fiber art, stained glass, and many other objects and treasures.

We also make custom mirrors!

Is custom framing expensive?

Custom work is always pricier than a frame off the shelf, but the quality is so much higher. Keep in mind that while our custom frames are designed to preserve your art and treasures, a frame off the shelf will actively damage them over time.

We have a vast selection of frames, and will work hard to find something that fits your budget.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Generally, 2 to 4 weeks. Our extensive options are sourced from all over the world. Shipping and availability varies. Let your designer know if you need your job rushed, and we can make accommodations.

Can you explain the differences in glass options?

We carry different options for glass including museum quality clarity, non-glare options, and high quality acrylic glazing. Our designers are happy to go over options with you and guide you toward your goals for your piece.
